I think this is my third time using Safe Insight for my CCW renewal. I learn (or maybe it’s re-learn) something every time. The course is well put together.

The OC Indoor Shooting Range is well run and I always enjoy going there for just shooting or every other year when it’s time to renew.

This is a no nonsense course. I have thirty years of law enforcement experience and this is a good
refresher course. For someone that is just starting out it is easy to understand. If you pay attention to the study material you will not have any issues. Just don’t think you can knock out the training quickly. Very time consuming. All in all great course

The initial CCW online course was very thorough and had some great information and tips! I really appreciated that it was online so I could do the lessons as able with my work schedule. The staff was incredibly helpful and quick to respond! I would DEFINITELY recommend this companies training programs.

The online course was very convenient and well organized. All important topics are covered in the videos which are well made and easy to understand. Important ideas are covered a few times throughout the course so they are familiar and easy to recall by the time you take the final exam.

Safe insight is my go-to organization for CCW training. The online courses are comprehensive and require that the student actually pay attention, read the documents, complete video vignettes and pass test for each module. Much more convenient than a classroom setting and far easier for a working person. Also, the range test/qualification is conducted in a very safe and efficient manner. I will continue to use Safe Insight.

Very well done. Instructor is excellent and conveys that CCW requires serious consideration, and knowledge of the law. I learned several new things in this course, though I have been shooting weapons for several decades.

The firearms course was very thorough and explained things in a way that anyone can understand. I would highly recommend this course to anyone that is looking for a firearms course. The course mixes live person teaching with videos, power point presentations and quizzes, which helps keep you interested.

Safe Insight was an excellent CCW course. It gives you all the information you need to pass your tests. The convenience of doing it at home and not having to sit all day in a class for 2 days was great! This was recommended by a family member to me and I am glad he told me about this program. I will be recommending them to friends and family also. I took my qualification from Brandon Cammarata and he made me feel very relaxed during the test. I highly recommend him.

This is my second California CCW renewal and the online videos and tests were very effective and a convenient way of taking the required instruction. Everything worked very smoothly, and it was easy to take notes to ensure an essentially perfect score.

I took a defensive knife course and was surprised to see how relate able it was to real life. Also the trainer was super nice and engaging to someone who hasn’t taken a course like this before. The course was physical which made it more exciting as well.

Many LEO are well-qualified instructors but not all have the gift to instruct. Mike Cox is one of those exceptional teachers. No matter what your level of shooting/expertise, Mike will take you to the next level within just one training session. Mike has a myriad of training courses too, not just firearms, but edged weapons and Active Shooter, to mention a few. In addition, his on-line trainings are excellent and are the envy of other firearms instructional firms. I refer him to everyone.

I am totally brand new to firearms. It was such a not talked about at him after my uncle had a hunting accident (than didn’t have to do with the gun even). Being older now and with family, I have longed to know how I can better support my family through emergency planning, etc. I haven’t even started a course here, but spoke with Mike – for nearly 30+ minutes about starting my education. I have used Safe Insight for my annual HR218 qualification ever since I retired five years ago. Not only has Mike been very professional in how he runs these qualifications, I have seen him work with others to quickly assess a deficiency and address it with excellent communication skills. In each case the shooter immediately improved their skill and accuracy. I highly recommend Mike for all types of firearms training if a novice or already a good shooter.

These guys are great. Because of my job I am not able to train or practice about three-quarters of the year. When I am able to train I go back to Insight because they reinforce the good techniques, and point out my mistakes.

Great online training program!!! I didn’t think you could learn to shoot online, but I was wrong. The in person shooting portion was just as good with patient instructors that really know how to make small adjustments with huge benefits. I thought I was a pretty decent shooter, but I learned a lot. Highly recommend to shooters of any level.
